No help at all
They did not help me in the slightest but they were more than willing to take my card number. Im not even convinced I was talking to a real person because I kept getting the same generic responses and it would always end abruptly with plenty of space to give them my money.
Dont talk to them and dont buy from FIXD. They are making it impossible to get a refund and I got a charge for $99.99 that I wasnt even aware of.

Every time when I use the scanner they charge me new membership and hard to fix issues like refunds and over charges very hard to talk with someboady

My name is Dennis david Belk phone cell 563 340 ****. I am texting you to advise your that my bank US BANK called me about a overcharge on my credit card ending in 1404.
of $ 99.99 . my original price for this fixd unit was advertized at @***.99. the fraud dept told me to get hold of you , so I am i tried calling you and you never answer the call. I do not want you Fixd unit I do want a complete refund for this product.
Give me a address to send it back It has never been used .
The wrapping around the unit is CZ133717I need a reply ASAP either by phone or email .. i ALSO MAY CONTACT The State of Iowa fraud dept in Des Moines Iowa 515 281 ****
